1 Introduction & Acceptance

3 Account Registration & Security

3.2 One Account Per Player

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended and any balances held across those accounts will be forfeited.

Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking business day to be credited to your jt777 account. jt777 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jt777 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Currency

The jt777 Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are displayed in BDT. jt777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If your payment method processes funds in a different currency, your provider will apply a conversion rate, and jt777 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees.

4.3 Deposit Limits

5 Withdrawals & Processing Times

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

5.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. If your original payment method is no longer available, you must contact our support team to arrange an alternative withdrawal method, subject to additional verification.

5.4 Withholding of Withdrawals

jt777 reserves the right to withhold processing of a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed; (b) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms; (c) a chargeback has been initiated by the player on a previous deposit; or (d) the account is under investigation.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to Section 5.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, jt777 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, close the player's account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

6.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses have a validity period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the player's account. The validity period for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Players are responsible for checking the expiry date of their bonuses.

7 Game Rules & Platform Conduct

All games available on the jt777 Platform are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in respect of all account-level matters (deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, eligibility), while game-provider rules shall govern game-level decisions (outcomes, payouts, game mechanics).

7.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, server error, communication failure, or any other technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round, jt777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the player's account. Winnings derived from a game round that is subsequently determined to have been affected by a malfunction are void and will not be paid. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all game titles on the Platform.

7.2 Disconnection Policy

jt777 is not responsible for interruptions to your internet or mobile data connection during a game session. If a disconnection occurs during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the game software according to the applicable game rules. The result of any game round completed in this manner is final and binding.

7.3 Disputed Game Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must notify jt777 support within 72 hours of the disputed game round completing. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. jt777's decision on game outcome disputes, following review of server-side logs and game provider records, is final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jt777 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been deposited and wagered.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jt777 support immediately upon discovery.
